Michael Laconsello 19, has been arrested and is being held on complaint of first degre murder, burgulary, and assault with a deadly weapon. He is accused of fatally stabbing Dakota Joe Lane a four year old boy during a home invasion on Tuesday , November 9th, 2010. Authorities say that Dakota Lane died in a Tulsa, Oklahoma hospital after being stabbed 36 times with a pair of scissors. The boy's pregent mother was also injured in the attack.
